HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Posted on Patron AnejoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called at 9:42 AM and a human being actually answered the telephone. Not a robot!! My monthly subscription evidently afforded me a same day appointment. I was promised a tech would arrive at my home no later than 2:30 PM. I then received a text confirming the appointment. Alex called me at 10:47 AM to let me know he was 15 minutes out. 15 minutes later he arrived, inspected both front and back yards, did what was needed, explained what he did and left. We shall see if we catch any critters Alex will return in a 5 to 7 days. This experience from start to finish could not have been better! Alex could not have been nicer!!
We offer a wide range of treatment options for wildlife issues. Each property and pest issue is unique, and our treatment plans are tailored with that in mind. Ground squirrel trapping is a good option for residential properties, commercial sites, and areas where bait use may not be appropriate. We use highly effective self resetting traps, which are designed to provide ongoing ground squirrel control while reducing the need for frequent manual trap resetting.
Our team will inspect the property, identify active burrows and travel areas, and place the traps in strategic locations where ground squirrels are most likely to encounter them. The traps are securely installed and monitored during scheduled service visits.
Ground squirrel trapping can help reduce existing activity and provide continued protection as new squirrels enter the property. This service may be recommended for homes, schools, parks, businesses, HOAs, and other properties experiencing recurring ground squirrel problems.
For large properties, commercial sites, HOAs, parks, and areas with heavy ground squirrel activity, professionally installed bait stations can provide effective, long-term ground squirrel control. This service is especially useful for properties located next to open fields, vacant land, hillsides, or other areas where new squirrels may continually move onto the property.
Our team will inspect the site and recommend the appropriate number and placement of tamper-resistant ground squirrel bait stations. The stations are securely anchored in strategic locations where squirrels are most active. During regularly scheduled service visits, we monitor bait consumption, evaluate new burrow activity, and replenish the stations as needed.
An ongoing ground squirrel baiting program helps reduce existing populations and prevents squirrel activity from building back up to damaging levels. Ground squirrel control is available for residential properties, commercial properties, HOAs, schools, parks, municipalities, and other large properties throughout Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and surrounding areas.
Our standard gopher control service is a 30-day treatment program designed to eliminate active gophers and address new activity that appears during the service period. The number of visits and treatment methods may vary depending on the size of the property, soil conditions, landscaping, and the level of gopher activity.
During the initial visit, our technician will inspect the property, locate active tunnel systems, and treat the underground burrows using professional gopher-control products. Treatments are placed directly inside the tunnel system, below the surface and away from people and pets when used according to the product label. We will also level existing mounds and seal treatment openings so new activity is easier to identify.
Most properties receive two to three follow-up visits during the 30-day service period. At each visit, we inspect for fresh mounds, reopen active tunnel systems, and perform additional treatments where needed. Because gophers may travel from neighboring yards, open fields, slopes, or undeveloped land, ongoing monitoring may be recommended for properties that experience recurring activity.
Trapping is also available upon request or when our technician determines it is the most appropriate treatment method for a particular area. All treatment recommendations are based on the conditions found during the inspection.
Your treated areas are covered for 30 days. If new gopher activity appears during that period, contact us by phone, text, or email so we can schedule another inspection.
