We are currently accepting applications for a Pest Control Technician in the Riverside Area. The ideal candidate will bring experience and skills to help us maintain and grow the company’s high professional standards. The position will be approximately 40 hours/week. Previous pest control experience is required. Field Rep license preferred. The position requires availability one Saturday a month.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and discuss scope of pest control services with customers
Ability to troubleshoot a variety of pest control issues
Apply pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
Manage route in a timely and efficient manner
Sell additional services and new items to drive incremental sales
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Structural Pest Control Field Representative License (preferred but not required)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Clean driving record (no more than one traffic violation in the past 3 years)

Handling of dead rodents on a regular basis. A physical, drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires. There will be a 90-day probationary period.
